Users of Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox never have problems with the opening of the contents of blogs based on the WordPress, but IE users frequently. How to make php website visible in IE?

This error occurs for various reasons , but I know 3 solution how to fix this :

  1. Text must not be copied directly from Word , but through the Paste button from Word
  2. the template php files have blank spaces in php scripts
  3. template is not suited to all IE versions

The most common mistake is that you copy text from Word and directly paste in blog article, it’s recommended to use the button Paste from Word .

The second most common mistakes are empty spaces in the PHP script in template’s php files for WordPress. More in my previous contribution WordPress error on line 2 at column 6

IE ( Microsoft Internet Explorer ) makes webmasters and web designers pain in the ass . Another special case is currently the latest version of IE 11.
In the template folder in the header.php you need to add the following code to then see WordPress blog articles on all versions of IE . Instead of the usual code:

<meta http-equiv=”X-UA-Compatible” content=”IE=edge,chrome=1″>

Rather use this script:

 <! – [If IE ] >

<meta http-equiv=”X-UA-Compatible” content=”IE=edge,chrome=1″>

endif ] ->

This lines also works for other platforms , not just in WordPress , for example Joomla , where you copy head.php into the current template folder and add this lines .
